摘　　要：描述了尿酸的检测在涉及临床诊断研究方面具有重要意义。尿酸常用的检测方法有:酶法、伏安法、毛细管电泳法、高效液相色谱法和同位素稀释质谱法等。本文比较全面的总结了血清中尿酸的检测方法及其研究进展。It is very important to measure uric acid in the field of clinical diagnosis. There are lots of determination methods for uric acid, such as, enzyme method, capillary electrophoresis, high performance liquid chromatography, and isotope dilution mass spectrometry and so on. This paper systematically summarizes a few familiar determination methods and progress for uric acid.
