帕罗西汀与多塞平治疗抑郁症的对照研究

摘　　要：目的比较帕罗西汀与多塞平治疗抑郁症的疗效和不良反应。方法应用帕罗西汀和多塞平治疗抑郁症患者各30例,应用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉米尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)进行评定,并进行临床疗效评定。结果两组患者治疗后HAMD、HAMA分值均显著下降,两组间减分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),帕罗西汀不良反应发生率明显少于多塞平(P<0.01)。结论帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症,疗效与多塞平相当,但不良反应轻于多塞平,是抗抑郁症的有效药物。Objective To compare the efficacy and side effects of paroxetine and doxepin in the treatment of depression. Methods Sixty patients with depression were randomly assigned into paroxetine and doxepin groups, Symptom improvement and side effects were monitored with clinical evaluation, Hamilton Depression Rating Scale（HAMD）, Hamilton Anxiety Scale（HAMA）, and Clinical Global Impression（CGI）. Results There was no significant difference in the efficacy between paroxetine and doxepin（ P 〉0.05）. The side effects of paroxetine were lower than those of doxepin. Conclusion Paroxetine is an effective and safe drug in the treatment of depression.
