利培酮治疗精神分裂症等121例临床报告

摘　　要：目的检验利培酮的临床使用效果和安全性。方法对121例BPRS分>35分的患者,应用利培酮治疗8周,用BPRS评价其疗效,用TESS评价其副作用。结果84．30％的患者疗效满意,4周、8周时BPRS减分率分别达到63．59±1．38(％)和78．40±1．05(％)。利培酮对兴奋激越、焦虑抑郁等五因子均有效,利培酮副作用轻微,TESS在4周末时评分为5．69±1．54,在8周末时评分在3．48±1．12之间,主要副作用包括有失眠、静坐不能、体重增加等。结论利培酮是一种高效安全及依从性好,能减轻认知功能障碍的抗精神病的药物。Objective To explore the effectiveness and the performance of safety of risperidone tablets in its clinical practice. Methods Risperidone tablets were used in 121 patients, whose BPRS were over 35 points for 8 weeks. The direct effects were tested with BPRS. the side effects were tested with TESS. Results： The effectiveness of 84. 30% of the patients were satified. Their BPRS were decreased to 6 3.59 ±1.38 （ % ） and 78.40 ± 1.05（%） by the 4th week and the 8th week. Risperidone tableted affected excitation, agitation, misgiving, umps and etc. Risperidone tables had a high side - effects. The patient＇s TESS attained to 5.69 ± 1.54 by the 4th weekend and 3.48 ± 1.12 by the 8th weekend. The chief side - effects were sleepless, seated unquiet, weight raised and etc. Conclusion Risperidone tablets is an ideal medicine with good results, safety, and compliance that can relieve the handicap of congition and the issne of insantity.
