摘　　要：思想转化就是在客观外界的影响下,通过主体内部的加工改造,使思想认识由一种状态过度到另一种状态的过程。如何在新形势下有效促进大学生思想转化,从而提高高校思想政治教育的针对性、实效性,是时代向我们思想政治工作者提出的重要课题。思想政治工作者应把握思想转化工作思维方式作用的二重性,不断拓宽知识领域,健全知识结构,努力适应新时期客体变化需要,坚持实践,促进科学的现代思维方式不断健康发展,使思想转化工作充满活力。Ideological conversion is the process in which a subject takes something in from the outer world so that his/her inner space transforms from one state into another. It is an important task for ideological and political educators facing new circumstances to convea college students efliciently and improve the pertinence and effectiveness of their work Ideological and political educators must be aware of the dualiW of their thought pattem. They can make their work full of vitality, by widening and perfecting their ken to adapt to the c hanges of the objects. Therefore, they should develop their thought pattern scientifically by pulling their beliefs into practice.
