摘　　要：发展农村教育是建设社会主义新农村的关键。要促进教育的均衡发展,通过实施人才战略带动农村经济的发展,要重视农村社区建设,提升农村社区文化知识氛围,培养和造就“有文化、懂技术、会经营”的新型农民。Developing rural education is a key to build a new socialist countryside. The development of rural economy should be accelerated by promoting sound development of education and implementing talents strategy. Meanwhile the rural community construction should be paid attention to, and the cultural knowledge atmosphere in rural community should be improved, so as to bring up new educated farmers with technology and capable of management.
