摘 要:目的:探讨初中生心理问题与家庭环境情况的相关性。方法:对1667名初中生使用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、家庭环境量表(FES)等调查工具,以现况研究整群抽样的方法,采用问卷调查方式获得数据资料并进行分析。结果:本组SCL-90筛选出有心理问题的人数为270例,占总人数的16.20%;对照研究表明,异常组FES的亲密度、情感表达、知识性、娱乐性、组织性评分低于正常组,而矛盾性因子分则高于正常组(P<0.05);相关分析表明,SCL-90的总分及各项因子分与FES的矛盾因子评分等呈显著性相关(P<0.05);与亲密度、情感表达、知识性、娱乐性、组织性因子分呈显著性负相关(P<0.05)。结论:初中学生的心理异常与家庭环境密切相关。Objective: to explore the relationship between mental problems in the junior high school students and family status. Methods: 1667 cases ere investigated by means of cluster sampling, the evaluated tools in the study included Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90), Family Environment Scale (FES). Database was analyzed by Chi - square. Results: the prevalence of psychological disorder of 1667 students were 227(16.20%). there were significant differences between abnormal group and control group in the following aspects: the scores of intimacy, affective express, contradiction, knowledge, amusement, organization of FES(p,0.05). The total score and factor - scores of SCL - 90 were significantly related to the scores of contradiction of FES, and were negatively related to the scores of intimacy, affective express, knowledge, amusement, organization of FES. Conclusion: Psychological disorder of junior middle school students were correlated with family status.
