摘 要:复合材料在航空航天工业领域内的应用需进行非线性热分析,即材料热特性的温度相关性及边界条件的非线性(辐射、对流).对Rolfes在90年代初提出的热叠层理论进行了修正和发展:给出整个复合材料叠层板的二次傅里叶热传导定律;发展八节点二次热叠层单元;编制相应的程序,进行了数例计算.与已知解比较,结果良好.Nonlinear thermal analysis of composite structures for aerospace applications frequently plays a significant role. Nonlinearities occur due to temperature dependent material thermal properties and boundary conditions (heat radiation,convection transfer).Modification and development of thermal lamination theory,recently developed by Rolfes,were made.A quadratic Fourier's law of heat conduction of whole laminated composite was given,and a 8 node quadratic thermal lamination element was also developed. Some examples were calculated,and a good agreement between the present solutions and the existing ones was obtained. This modified thermal laminated model can be used in design of composite stiuctures.
