慢性胃炎根除HP前后固体胃排空临床相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨幽门螺杆菌感染的慢性胃炎患者根除HP治疗前后胃排空情况,分析幽门螺杆菌与胃排空相关性。方法治疗前用硫化锝胶体标记的核素法检测胃固体排空,选择观察指标为固体半排空时间(T1/2),延迟相(1agphase),排空速率,治疗用药为奥镁拉唑20mg2次/日,阿莫西林1000mg2次/日,甲力克拉霉素500mg2次/日三联用药1周,停药1个月后复查核素法测固体胃排空。结果治疗前胃固体排空核素法T1/2为88.1±33.1分,lagphase为28.1分,排空速率2.84;根除HP后T1/2为85.5±32.4分,Lagphase为28分,排空速率为2.77。显示根除幽门螺杆菌前后慢性胃炎胃固体排空无显著差异(P>0.05)。但临床症状及病理积分有显著改善,治疗前症状积分7.90±3.98,治疗后4.36±2.25;病理积分治疗前6,治疗后3,有显著差异(P>0.01)。结论幽门螺杆菌感染可能与慢性胃炎的胃排空无关。根除幽门螺杆菌可改善临床症状。Objective To study the stomach evacuation of Hehcobacter pylori infection chronic gastritis patients before and after eradicated liP. Methods Used S colloid signed nucleinotherapy to examine the stomach soild evacuation before cure. Choose the view signs are soild half evacuation time （T1/2）, Lag phase, evacuation speed. Medicines for cure are Losec 20 mg twice a day, Amoxicillin 1 000 mg twice a day,Clarithromycin 500 mg twice a day, triple medicine therapies for a week. After stop the medicines for a month, reexamine the nucleinotherapy to examine the soild stomach evacuation. Results Before cure the soild stomach evacuation nucleinotherapy T1/2 is 88.1 ±33.1 minutes, Lag phase is 28.1 minutes, evacuation speed is 2.84, after eradicated lip T1/2 is 85.5 ± 32.4 minutes, Lag phase is 28 minutes evacuation speed is 2.77.This manifest that there are no obvious differences before and after eradicated lip in the soild stomach evacuation of chronic gastritis, but the clinical symptom and the patholgy scores lmve obvious improve. Before cure, the symtom scores is 7.90 ± 3.98, after cure is 4.36 ± 2.25, pathology scores is 6 before cure and 3 after cure. It has obvious differences（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion lip infection may has no relation with the soild stomach evacuation of chronic gastritis. Eradicated lip can improve the clinical symptom.
