摘  要:目的探讨P53和bc l-2蛋白在前列腺癌的表达水平及其与前列腺癌发生发展的关系.方法采用免疫组化方法检测32例前列腺癌患者bc l-2及P53蛋白的表达水平.结果bc l-2及P53蛋白在前列腺癌的阳性率分别为43.8%及28.1%,均高于良性前列腺增生的阳性率,但无统计学差异(P>0.05).在前列腺癌中,低分化组bc l-2的表达水平明显高于高及中分化组(P<0.05).P53的表达水平在上述各组之间均无统计学差异(P>0.05).结论前列腺癌bc l-2蛋白的表达异常增高,可能与前列腺癌的发生发展有关,检测bc l-2蛋白的表达水平可以作为前列腺癌诊断及预后判断的一项参考指标.Objective To investigate the expression of bcl-2 and P53proteins in prostatic carcinoma and their relationship with prostate cancer. Methods The expression of bcl-2 and P53 proteins in thirty - two cases of prostatic carcinoma and ten cases of benign hyperplasia of prostate was detected by immunohistochemical assay. Results It was found that bcl-2 and P53 positive rates in prostatic carcinoma were 43. 8% and 28. 1% respectively. Both of which were not significantly higher than those in benign hyperplasia of prostate statically, but a tendency of their increasing expression in prostatic carcinoma could be seen, The expression of bcl-2 in the group of poor differentiation was significantly higher than that in the well - differentiation group ( P 〈 0. 05 ), there existed a tendency of increase in P53 expression in prostatic carcinoma, but it was hot significantly higher than that in benign hypeplasia of prostate statistically when the poorly differentiated group and well - differentiated group were compared, there was no statistically significant difference. Conclusion It is suggested that bcl-2 protein expression increase in prostatic carcinoma and is, to some extent involved in the pathogenesis of the disease, bcl-2 protein assay can be used as an index of diagnosis and prognosis of the disease.
