摘  要:正在进行的新一轮全国基础教育课程改革将人文精神教育作为改革的精神内核。在这种形势下,教师教育中的“学科课程与教学论”应将人文教育作为其精神主旨,重新定位其课程性质、构建其课程内容、调整其教学目标。小学语文课程与教学论在学科性质、内容及课程论、教学论等几方面均体现出其精神主旨——人文教育。准确把握小学语文课程与教学论的精神主旨,将有助于我们在新世纪新课程背景下形成全新的教师教育理念、开展全新的教师教育工作、培养全新的小学教师。The ongoing new round of the national basic education curriculum reform will be approved human spirit as the spirit of reform. In this situation, the teacher education curriculum and teaching theory that education in the humanities as its spiritual thrust of the nature of re-positioning its courses, adjust their teaching goals. Primary teaching theory and language courses in disciplinary nature, content and curriculum theory and other aspects are reflected in the spirit of thrust - education in the humanities. Accurately primary language curriculum and teaching theory spiri- tual thrust of the new century will help us in the context of a new curriculum and new teachers educational philosophy, education for new teachers and training new teachers.
