摘　　要：目的探讨慢性粒细胞白血病患者可溶性耐药相关钙结合蛋白(sorc in)基因表达与临床耐药和疗效的关系。方法应用半定量逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测31例慢性粒细胞白血病(CM L)患者(CM L组)和27例健康人(对照组)sorc in基因表达。结果CM L组sorc in基因阳性表达率明显高于对照组(P<0.01),其急变期患者阳性率高于慢性期和加速期患者(P分别为0.03和0.18);CM L临床耐药者sorc in基因表达显著高于非临床耐药者,疗效显著低于非临床耐药者。结论CM L患者sorc in基因呈高表达,与临床耐药和预后密切相关;sorc in表达可作为检测临床耐药和判断CM L患者预后的指标之一。[-Objective] To study the relationship between the soluble resistance-related calcium-binding protein （sorcin） gene and their significance in clinical drug resistance and the prognosis in chronic myelogenous leukemia （CML）. [-Methods] A semi-quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction（RT-PCR） was used to investigate transcription levels of the human sorcin gene in 31 samples from patients with CML and 27 samples from control group. [Results] Sorcin gene expression was significantly greater in samples from patients with CML than that in samples from normal peripheral mononuclear cells and patients with non-leukemia （P〈0.001）. While sorcin gene expression was found to be higher in blastic phase patients than those at chronic phase and accelerated phase in CML. sorcin gene overexpress was significantly lower in clinical non-resistant patients than that in clinical resistant samples （P〈0.01）. Effective percentages of these two groups were 18.7% and 87.5%, respectively. Patients with sorcin overexpression had a lower CR than those who had not in untreated samples （P=0. 002）, the higher the expression of sorcin iwas, the lower the CR rate resulted in. [Conclusion] sorcin gene overexpress is significantly associated with clinical multidrug resistance and clinical prognosis,it is one of the indicators for prediction of clinical multidrug resistance and prognosis as well.
