摘　　要：由于恢复性司法模式和以“教育、感化、挽救”为目标的少年刑事审判制度改革相吻合,因此,前者应该成为我国未成年人刑事审判改革的发展方向,从而使刑事司法力量对未成年人违法犯罪的干预达到最优的效果。文章从我国少年刑事审判制度的弊端入手,探讨了如何进行改革以完善我国少年司法制度的问题。Restorative justice model conforms with juvenile criminal justice reform with purpose of “education,persuasion and reformation”. The former should be the orientation of criminal justice retorm in case ot minors, hereby criminal justice could intervene in the minors＇ offendence most effectively. Based on an analysis of the drawbacks of juvenile criminal justice system in China this paper explores the reform and perfection of juvenile justice system.
