河北卢龙地区青蒿挥发性化学成分的气相色谱-质谱分析  

Study on Volatile Constituents of the Artemisia apiacea Hance From Lulong Area in Hebei Province by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

摘　　要：采用普通水蒸气蒸馏萃取法,对产自河北卢龙地区青蒿中的挥发油进行提取,测得青蒿挥发油含量为7.2%;并用气相色谱-质谱(GC/MS)联用技术进行分析鉴定,结合计算机质谱图库检索技术对分离的化合物进行结构分析,鉴定21种化学组分,占总挥发性物质总含量的74.02%。应用峰面积归一化法确定了各成分的相对含量。结果表明:普通水蒸气蒸馏萃取法提取的挥发油中主要含有N,N?-双(2,6-二甲基-6-亚硝基)庚-2-烯-4-酮(29.29%)、桉叶油素(7.16%)、二十六烷(5.93%)、二十五(碳)烷(5.1%)等。The volatile oil was extracted from the Artemisia apiacea Hance from Lulong area in Hebei Province by using direct distillation extraction method（DDE）. The content of the volatile oil was 7.2%. 21 compounds were identified by GC/MS. The contents of the identified compounds made up to 74.02% of total volatile substances. The relative content of the components were determined with area normalization method. The main components of volatile substances are N, N′-Bis （2,6-dimethyl-6-nitroso- hept-2-en-4-one ） （ 29.29 % ）. Eucalyptol （ 7.16 % ）. Hexacosane （ 5.93 % ）. Pentacosane （ 5.1% ） , etc.
