加强高校“两课”青年教师队伍建设的思考

摘　　要：本文在对10所高校“两课”青年教师进行问卷调查的基础上,通过分析“两课”青年教师队伍中存在的主要问题,提出了加强青年教师队伍建设的措施。On the basis of a survey among the young teachers of ＂The Two-Course＂ in ten universities, the paper advances viable measures from four aspects after analyzing main problems and causes about building faculty team for young teachers of ＂The Two- course＂.
