摘 要:目的正常两眼mVEP波形具有明显的对称性,青光眼患者两眼mVEP波形则呈现明显的不对称性。利用mVEP的不对称分析可以协助疑似青光眼的早期诊断。方法本组40例,包括13例正常人,13例青光眼,14例疑似青光眼。用德国Roland公司的RETIscan3.20系统,单通道双极电极,61个测试点,完成多焦模型视诱发电位,按象限计算波形的潜时和振幅的均值。用Oculus Centerfield Type56950进行阈值视野测定,并与mVEP进行比较。结果正常人两眼mVEP无显著性差异,青光眼患者和疑似青光眼患者象限mVEP均值两眼有显著差异(P<0.05),这种差异与阈值视野差异相符。结论mVEP不对称分析可用于青光眼和疑似青光眼病例,可确诊青光眼视野损害和协助疑似青光眼的早期诊断。Objective The multifocal visual evoked potential(VEP) shows markedly symmetrical responses between the two eyes of normal subjects. Patients with glaucoma and the suspects were examined to determine if VEP asymmetry could be identified in this method used for diagnosis and detection of early damage. Methods There were 40 subjects including 13 nomals, 13 glaucomas and 14 suspects. Multifocal pattern VEP were performed using the RETIscan3.20 system(Roland instruments, German) and a single channel bipolar occipital electrode position, with 61 test points in the VEP field. Then the mean of amplitudes and implicit time were computed as per quadrants. Threshold visual field test was performed with Oculus Centerfield Type56950, and be compared with mVEP. Result The mVEP of nomal subjects showed markedly symmetry between the two eyes, while that of the glaucomas and the suspects showed significant asymmetry( P 〈0.05), which is accordance with threshold visual field test. Conclusion The asymmetry showed by mVEP can be extended to assist in the identification of early diagnosis of the glaucomas and the suspects.
