摘　　要：给出了复双曲空间上的等距群PU(2,1)的非初等的离散子群的正规化子的离散条件.Let G be a nonelementary,discrete subgroup of PU（2,1 ） and the dimension of the space spanned by all the representative vectors of the fixed points of loxodromic elements of G is 3, then the normalizer N of G is discrete in PU（2,1）. We also give an example to show that the condition is necessary.
