摘  要:武定鸡是一个能适应高寒和冷凉气候的地方鸡种,以其肥育性能好,沉积脂肪能力强,肉质鲜嫩等特性而著称。为了进一步阐明其群体遗传变异和遗传结构状况,筛选了分别位于家鸡22条染色体上的25对微卫星引物,对武定鸡53个个体进行了检测分析。共检测到107个等位基因片段,每个座位等位基因数目从2到6个不等,平均等位基因数为4.28,该鸡群体平均杂合度(H)和多态信息含量(PIC)分别为0.695 7,0.638 2。所得结果表明:武定鸡群体内存在较为丰富的遗传变异,具有较高的选择潜力。As one of indigenous chicken breeds in China, Wuding chicken is famous for its own unique genetic characteristics, such as fast fat-weight gain, good quality for meat and adaptation to high altitude and cold weather. The aim of the present study was to assess the genetic variation and genetic structure within its population by using 25 microsatellite markers. A total of 53 unrelated samples from Wuding chicken breed were genotyped to estimate within the breed genetic diversity. A total of 107 alleles were detected across the 25 loci assayed. All the loci were polymorphic and the number of alleles varied from 2 to 6, giving a mean number of 4. 28 alleles per locus. The average heterozygosity and polymorphism information content of 25 microsatellite loci were 0. 695 7 and 0. 638 2, respectively. The results indicated that Wuding chicken breed has rich genetic variation within its population and is of high potential for artificial selection.
