摘  要:目的尝试用过硼酸钠替代过氧化氢合成2,6-二卤苯胺。方法对氨基苯磺酰胺与卤化氢在过硼酸钠存在下进行反应,制备3,5-二卤-4-氨基苯磺酰胺,再经水解得2,6-二卤苯胺。结果成功地合成了目标化合物。结论此改进可以准确控制投料量,提高最终产物的纯度,收率亦佳。Objective To explore synthesizing method of 2, 6-dihaloanilines by using sodium perborate as oxidizing agent instead of hydrogen perhydroxide. Methods 4- Aminobenzenesulfonamide reacted with hydrogen halide in the presence of sodium perborate to give 3, 5-dihalo-4-aminobenzenesulfonamides which underwent hydrolysis to produce 2, 6- dihaloanilines. Results 2, 6-Dihaloanilines were synthesized successfully. Conclusion The result showed that it was easy to control the reagent amount and the purity and yield of 2, 6- dihaloanilines were good enough by this method.
