我国实施小企业投资公司计划探析

摘　　要：中小企业在我国国民经济和社会发展中的地位和作用日益增强,但目前其发展还面临着融资渠道狭窄、经营管理和技术水平低下、管理体制滞后和政策环境不利等诸多障碍。美国实施小企业投资公司计划的模式对解决我国中小企业现存问题具有现实意义。我国在引进和实施这一计划时,需要政府、中小企业和投资者等各个方面共同努力,以促进计划的有效开展和中小企业的健康发展。This paper analyzes the situation of small and medium-sized enterprises in China＇s national economy at first ; then it analyzes the problem that the small and medium-sized enterprises of China face at present. On this basis, it proposes that lessons from the small business investment company of American have positive and realistic meanings. Finally it describes the cooperative measures that the small and medium-sized enterprises should adopt while introducing S.BIC program.
