摘　　要：为了提高公路勘测设计实习的教学质量,在实习教学计划安排和指导方法方面进行了探索。在实习中创造机会,锻炼了学生掌握专业技术解决实际问题的能力,培养了学生自我组织、自我管理、团队合作精神。In order to improve the teaching quality of road surveying and design practice,this paper researches new ways on organizing teaching plan and gnidance.In practice more chances for improving teaching quality were created which will help students master specialty knowledge and exercise themselves in resolving actual problems.And it will be helpful in cultivating abilities of self-organizing, self-management and team spirit.
