摘　　要：研究生在读期间必须按要求发表论文的规定,是目前研究生培养单位普遍的做法。这一规定可以提高研究生教育质量,提高研究生的科研能力及学术水平,但由于当前发表论文出现较大的需求缺口,不能满足包括研究生在内的各类科技人员发表论文的需求。此外,这一规定有可能导致部分研究生急功近利的浮躁心态、学术道德下滑等负面影响。论文探讨了研究生学术水平评定的其它途径方法。The stipulation that graduate students are required to pubhsh paper is universal procedure for the cultivation unit of graduate student. This stipulation is supposed to improve the education quality,, scientific research ability and academic level of graduate student, Because of greater lacking of publishing paper, the present quantity of publishing paper can not satisfy, the demand for technical personnel including graduate student, The stipulation may cause negative influence to some, graduate students. For example, it can forster eagerness for quick success and instant benefit. Academic morality level may decrease, Other approaches and methods for assessment of academic level for graduate students are discussed in this paper.
