民办高校兼职教师中的道德风险及其规避探析

摘　　要：由于民办高校与兼职教师之间信息的不对称和激励约束机制的缺失,民办高校兼职教师必然存在着“道德风险”问题。因而,民办高校必须致力于管理制度的完善和创新,从健全制度方面以规避兼职教师的“道德风险”。A systematic lack of incentives and imbalance of information between private universities and their part - time faculty has inevitably led to problems of moral hazard. Therefore, private universities must thoroughly ameliorate and innovate their current management systems. A strengthened system enables us to circumvent issues of moral hazard associated with part - time teachers.
