摘 要:提出了一种三电机激振自同步振动系统,根据拉格朗日力学原理推导出了其动力学模型,给出了其机电耦合数学模型,建立了基于M atlab/S im u link的仿真模型。通过对几种典型自同步振动过渡过程的机电耦合行为的仿真分析,揭示了三电机激振振动系统自同步振动和振动同步的机电耦合机理,验证了所建机电耦合模型的正确性,为进一步开发大功率、高效节能的新型振动筛提供了理论基础。Without enlarging the shaking force of electric machine, multi-motor-driving shaker could make the driving force enhance a lot for the system, while the stress status of the shaker deck is improved, which can satisfy the requirement of the large sifting area of shaker. A kind of three-motor-driving self-synchronous vibrating system was putting forward, then we deduced the kinetic model and the electromechanical-coupling mathematical model by the Lagrange equation. With Matlab/Simulink the simulation model is built, and then the simulation model under several transitional process is analysed, so the resuits of the electromechanical-coupling mechanism of self-synchronous vibration and the vibratory synchronization transmission of the vibrating system with three-motor-driving were showed clearly. This research provides the theoretical fundamental for further exploitation of economical and efficient new style shaker.
