摘  要:35例各型白血病患者骨髓原代细胞,作RA、TPA诱导分化前后细胞蛋白质SDS-PAGE分析,结果发现,除了少数几种蛋白质外,白血病细胞蛋白质的成分和含量在14.85~181.2ku分子量范围内存在不均一变化。对1例M4型白血病细胞诱导分化前后的微量蛋白质双向电泳分析,发现这些蛋白质的变化都偏于pH的酸性侧。he SDS-PAGE analyse on cellular proteins of primarily cultured bone marrow cells induced byRA or TPA from 35 patients with variety of leukemia revealed that the component and quantity ofcellulal proteins over a range from 14.85~181. 2ku of molecular weight had inconstant changesduring the induced differentiation, while some protein changes could be repeatedly found in several cas cases of the same type of leukemia.
