摘 要:目的探讨广西右江流域壮、汉族正常人群红细胞CR1基因组密度多态性分布及CR1数量的变化。方法采用PCR和HindⅢ酶切技术(RFLP)测定壮、汉族正常人群红细胞CR1基因组密度多态性分布。结果壮族人群组HH型占36.67%(55/120),HL型占30.00%(45/120),LL型占33.33%(50/120);汉族人群组HH型占55%(55/100),HL型占40%(40/100),LL型占5%(5.00%),壮、汉族人群LL型分布比较差异有显著性(P〈0.01)。结论壮族人群红细胞CR1基因LL型比汉族人群高。存在明显的种族差异.提示右江流域β-地中海贫血的高发可能与壮族人群高比率的LL型有关。Objective To study the distribution of erythrocyte CR1 Genomic density polymorphism and the quantity changes in normal Zhuang and the Han nationality individuals of Youjiang drainage basin. Methods To detecte erythrocyte CR1 genome in normal Zhuang and the Hart nationality individuals by polymorphism chain reaction(PCR) and restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP).Results The type HH in Zhuang nationality (Zhuang group) was 36.67% (55/120), HI.. was 30.00% (45/120) ,LL was 33.33% (50/120). In Han nationality (Han group), HH was 55% (55/100) ,LL was 40% (40/100) ,LL was 5% (5.00% ). Compared the Han group with the Zhuang group, the type LL had significant difference( P 〈0.01). Conclusion The gene type LL of erythrocyte CR1 Genomic in normal Zhuang individuals is higher than that in the Han nationality individuals. It indicates that distribution of erythrocyte CR1 density genomic polymorphisrn in Youjiang drainage basin is related to race, and the high incidence rate of β-Mediterranean anemia in Youjiang drainage basin is concerned with high distribution of LL in Zhuang individuals.
