摘　　要：针对我国农村宅基地制度的历史演变和当前使用制度背景为基础,结合对福建省宁德市某县5个行政村的实地调查,对农村荒废宅基地的形成原因、现状以及解决对策进行了研究,提出了应允许宅基地使用权作为抵押物和明确规定宅基地使用权的使用期限的观点。We study the problem of rural obsolescent toft according to our investigation of five villages in Fujian province under the background of the historical and current institution of the rural toft＇s usufruct in China, and present the reason,actuality and feasible solution. We figure out that the law should set time limitness and permit hypothec of the rural toft＇s usufruct.
