摘　　要：研究了一类比Lotka-Volterra系统更一般的二次系统可积性与可线性化的条件·利用新算法先后求出原点作为复中心以及作为复等时中心的必要条件,然后证明其充分性,即得到此系统可线性化的条件·Integrable and linearizable conditions for a more general quadratic system than the Lotka - Volterra system are studied. This article, following the new algorithm, firstly figure out the necessary conditions of the origin as complex center and isochronous center, then prove the suffcient conditions, namely obtains all linearizable conditions for the system.
