摘  要:用差热式扫描量热仪(DSC)对防雾耐磨涂料的固化反应过程进行分析,结果表明,防雾涂料在80℃左右固化。再利用FTIR在位跟踪固化反应过程中特征官能团吸收峰的变化,确定最佳固化反应工艺条件为:r凝胶=50℃、恒温0.5h,r固化=110℃、恒温2h。然后把涂料分别涂覆在PC片材、PET薄膜、PET不干胶薄膜上,所得涂层的防雾性、耐磨性、透明性、粘接性、抗破裂性良好,表面均一平整,铅笔硬度可达1-2H,与水的接触角为30°左右。Curing system of anti-fogging and abrasion-resistant hydrophilic coatings was studied by the method of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). It was found that, exothermal peak of the anti-fogging coating was found at 80℃. initial exothermal temperature(Ti), exothermal peak temperature (Tp) and finall exothermal temperature (Tf) of system were moved to high temperature one by one as heating rate increased. When Ф = 0 (Ф as heating rate), the initial curing reaction conditions were determined: Tgel = 45.39 ℃, T = 72.64℃, Tfinal = 140.12 ℃. Meanwhile by in situ tracing of FTIR of absorption peak variations of the functional groups in the curing reaction process. The intensity was descended in the peak of epoxy and hydroxyl, while that of epoxy descended more quickly and the peak of hydroxyl moved to the high temperature. At the same time, the intensity was increased in the peak of C-O bond, which indicated the different unit of open - loop epoxy and dehydrated hydroxyl connected into a net structure. At last, the optimum curing reaction conditions were determined: Tgel = 50℃, 0.5 h and Tcure = 110 ℃, 2 h. The hydrophilic coatings were coated on PC , PET film and sticky PET film. The properties of anti- fogging, abrasion- resistant, transparent, adhesive and anti - cracked were good, and the film was uniform. The pencil hardness of film could reach 1 - 2 H. The contact angle was 30° or so.
