摘　　要：建立合理的医疗服务监管制度是医德医风建设的基础和保障,也是我国医疗服务市场化改革成败的关键。本文从介绍医疗服务监管的实践与理论背景出发,分析了我国医疗服务监管的现状,探讨了医疗服务监管的特征、体系以及政府监管的内容。To establish a rational medical services supervise system is the foundation of medical moral building, as well as the key of market - oriented medical services reforms. Based on the introduction of the theory and the practice of the medical services, the paper analyzes the supervising system of medical services in China, and explore the characteristics, systems and the content of supervising system of government.
