原发鼻咽癌及颈部淋巴结转移灶中VEGF-C和E-cadherin的表达

摘　　要：目的探讨血管内皮生长因子C(vascularendothelialgrowthfactorC,VEGF-C)和E-cadherin在鼻咽癌组织及其淋巴结转移灶中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测45例鼻咽癌组织及28例相应淋巴结转移灶中VEGF-C和E-cad-herin的表达。结果VEGF-C和E-cadherin在45例鼻咽癌组织中阳性率分别为40.00%和55.56%,在28例淋巴结转移灶中阳性率分别为78.57%和25.00%,两者在鼻咽癌组织和鼻咽癌淋巴结转移组织中阳性率比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05);淋巴结转移的鼻咽癌组织中VEGF-C阳性率明显高于无淋巴结转移组;淋巴结转移的鼻咽癌组织中E-cadherin阳性率明显低于无淋巴结转移组织。结论VEGF-C高表达或E-cadherin低表达可能与鼻咽癌淋巴结转移密切相关。Objective To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor C （VEGF-C） and E-cadherin in Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma （NPC） and lymph nodes with NPC metastasis. Methods paraffin-embedded human specimens from 45 cases of NPC and 28 cases of lymph nodes with NPC metastasis were examined by Immunohistochemical （IHC） staining （the method SP）. Results The positive rates of VEGF-C and E-cadherin protein expression in NPC were 40.00% and 55.56% respectively ;lymph nodes with NPC metastasis tissues were 78.57 % and 25.00 % in respectively,with significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. The pesitive rates of VEGF-C protein expression in NPC with lymph node metastasis were higher than NPC with no lymph node metastasis ;but the positive rates of E-cadherin protein expression in NPC with lymph node metastasis were lower than NPC with no lymph node metastasis. Conclusion High expression of VEGF-C,low expression of E-cadherin could play an important role in lymphatic metastasis of NPC.
