摘  要:从临床理论教学及临床见习与实习教学两方面,对七年制中医儿科学临床教学改革进行了阐述。认为临床理论教学应优选教学内容,更新教学方法及教学手段,提倡以问题基础的学习方法,培养学生的自学能力、综合分析能力、科学思维能力及解决临床问题能力,发掘学生创新能力,提高综合素质;针对新形式下临床见习与实习教学存在的问题,可从加强师资队伍建设、强化临床教学管理、改革临床见习实习框架、改进考核方法等方面着手,积极应对。This paper expounds clinical teaching reform in the 7-year program of Chinese pediatrics from 2 aspects of clinical theory and practice teaching. The writers believe that teaching contents should be selected carefully for clinical theory teaching, teaching methods and means should be renewed to train students" abilities of self-learning, comprehensive analysis, scientific thinking and problem-solving. Students' creative ability and comprehensive quality should also be nurtured. Some work can be done to solve problems existing in clinical teaching area, for example, strengthening teaching staff construction, intensifying management of clinical teaching, reforming practice framework, and reforming examination methods etc.
