血栓通治疗急性脑梗死及对血清可溶性细胞黏附分子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察血栓通冻干粉针治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及对血清可溶性细胞黏附分子(sICAM-1)的影响。方法将患者132例随机分为两组,治疗组在常规治疗的同时加用血栓通,对照组仅接受常规治疗;以入院前后CT扫描梗死灶体积,治疗后第1、7、14日临床神经功能缺损评分以及停药后2周末进行临床疗效评定,Barthel指数评分及sICAM-1水平作为观察指标。结果治疗组疗效明显高于对照组;神经功能缺损评分、Barthel指数评分及sICAM-1水平改善治疗组优于对照组,梗死灶体积缩小幅度治疗组大于对照组。结论血栓通对急性脑梗死具有明显疗效,并能降低患者sICAM-1水平。Objectives:To observe the effects of Xueshuantong Freeze-Dried Powder-Injection(血栓通冻干粉针) on sICAM- 1 of the patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:132 patients were randomly divided into tow groups.The patients in the treated group received the routine treatment of WM and Xueshuantong. Those in the control group treated only with the routine treatment of WM.The CT scanning were performed in patients before or after admitted into hospital to evaluate the infracted volume.The clinical neural- function scoring after1,7,14 days,clinical effects after treatment 2 weeks late.Barthel scoring and sICAM- 1 level were evaluated. Results:The effective rate was significantly higher in treated group than in the control group. The clinical neural- function scoring,clinical effects,barthel scoring and ICAM- 1 level of the treated group was significantly better than of the control group also. The decrement of infracted volume in the treated group was larger than in the control group. Conclusion:Xueshuantong Freeze- Dried Powder- Injection has a good effects on acute cerebral infarction. It can lowing the sICAM- 1 level significantly.
