摘　　要：随着高校扩招，高等教育由精英教育阶段进入大众化教育阶段，高等教育的功能和组织结构将发生重大变化，同时大学毕业生的就业压力也不断增大，可以说，高等教育大众化进程与高校毕业生就业难的矛盾将会进一步加剧，因此，改善高等学校毕业生的就业状况对于促进我国高等教育大众化的发展具有重要意义．With the expanded student enrollment at colleges and universities in China, higher education has been transformed from elite education to mass education. On the one hand, this will bring about great changes in the functions and organizational struc tures of higher education; on the other hand, graduates will confront with increasing employment pressure. It is predicted that t he popularization of higher education will add difficulty to graduates＇ employment. Therefore, increasing graduates＇ employment plays a significant role in accelerating the process of higher education popularization in China.
