摘 要:目的 探讨循证医学干预在儿科学中的应用,并对此教学模式的效果做出评价。方法 在循证医学教育观指导下,以临床医学七年制学生为研究对象,采用无记名问卷调查形式,内容包括对教师授课的评价以及对学生学习的评估,通过自身前后对比,了解学生对教师在理论课讲授、见习课及日常学习中循证医学方法应用的评价。结果 调查显示大多数学生对于循证医学教学模式给与肯定评价(P〈0.05),能将基础理论与临床问题相联系,提高临床实践、自学能力;多数学生认为能较好激发自己的学习兴趣,提高主动学习能力,培养临床思维及创新意识(P〈0.05)。结论 循证医学教育有利于帮助学生学会学习,学会独立思考,从而达到培养其终身学习能力的目的。Objective To discuss the application of evidence-based medicine (EBM) in pediatrics, and evaluate the results of this teaching mode. Methods Under the guidance of EBM educational conception, we chose the students of clinical medicine as research subjects and evaluated the results of this teaching mode by using the questionnaire, which included the students' evaluation of teachers' teaching and their own learning. By making comparison, we could understand the students' evaluation of teachers' application of EBM methodology in theoretical teaching, probation classes, and everyday learning. Results The investigation showed that most students were in favor of the new teaching mode ( P〈 0.05 ). It could combine basic theories with clinical questions, and improve their clinical practice and self-study ability. Most students thought that it stimulated their interest in learning, improve the initiative in learning, and develop their clinical thinking and innovation awareness. Conclusion EBM education can help develop students' learning ability and independent thinking, which will achieve the goal of training their lifelong learning a- bilitv.
