摘　　要：对实验动物科学的遗传学实践进行了综合论述。实验动物的遗传学标准，可分为近交系动物、突变品系动物、远交系（封闭群）动物、系统杂交动物和普通杂种动物五种不同类别。实验动物遗传质量监测，包括毛色基因试验、皮肤移植试验、免疫遗传标记、生化标记基因检测、下颌骨测量及染色体带型分析等方法。The laboratory animal science is a new science and genetics is a basic science among life sciences.This is a review article on the genetic test and operation in the laboratory animal science.The genetic standard of laboratory animals includs five different types: inbred strain animal,mutant strain animal,outbred stock animal (or closed colony), hybrid strain animal and mongrel animal. The monitoring methods on the hereditary quality of laboratory animals as follows= coat color gene testing, skin grafting testing, immunogenetic markers, biochemical gene markers,mandibular measurement and chromosomal bands analysis etc.
