高分化鳞癌细胞株单抗效价测定及其IgG亚类的鉴别

摘　　要：利用ELISA方法测定六种自制单克隆抗体的效价,用琼脂双向扩散鉴定其IgG亚类。通过对单克隆抗体效价和IgG亚类的鉴定,可以为这些抗体以后的鉴定和应用提供一定的基础依据。We use the method of ELISA to determine the titers of monoelonal antibodies, and use the double diffusion method to identify the IgG subclass. We can get the base gist of the latter identification and using of these result of titer and IgG subclass.
