摘　　要：概述了医疗保险系统及传统TPA(thirdpartyadministrator)业务的处理流程,以医疗保险信息门户网站ACH系统为研究对象,引入了一种通用的可视化建模语言——UML,抽象出Web“类”来进行高效率、低成本的快速开发。利用UML,对系统的实现进行了需求分析,静态建模和动态建模。通过RationalRose分别绘制出用例图、类图、顺序图、活动图和配置图等。最后开发出医疗保险信息的门户网站。Health care system and the traditional TPA （third party administrator） treating flow are introduced. The website of health care system--ACH system is taken as study object and a visualizing modeling tool named unified modeling language （UML） is introduced, which abstracts the web class that helps fast exploration in high efficiency and low cost. By utilizing UML, the realization of system from the field of demand is analysed and static and dynamic models are established. Use case diagram, class diagram, sequence diagram, activity diagram and deployment diagram of the system are drew by using rational rose. At last the website of health care system is developed.
