摘　　要：质量是高校的生命线,构建教学质量保障体系是高校生存与发展的必然要求。本文阐述了我校内部教学质量保障体系的理论基础和具体实践,并对进一步完善我校内部教学质量保障体系提出几点建议。Teaching quality is the lifeline of colleges and universities. The construction of the guarantee system for teaching quality is an essential condition for the existence and development of institutions of higher education. This paper expounds the theoretical foundation and practice of this specific system in Fujian Medical University. Some suggestions have also been proposed on how to improve the system in this university.
