氢氧化钙用于慢性根尖周炎根管消毒的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察氢氧化钙糊剂用于根管消毒的临床疗效。方法选择慢性根尖周炎病例346例,随机分为观察组:氢氧化钙糊剂组116例,对照组:甲醛甲酚(FC)组116例及樟脑对氯苯酚(CP)组114例。观察封药1周后及根管治疗后2年的临床疗效。结果氢氧化钙糊剂组疗效均优于对照FC及CP组。经统计学分析,差异有显著性。结论氢氧化钙糊剂用于根管消毒疗效肯定,值得临床应用推广。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Calcium hydroxide on root canal disinfection, Methods 346 teeth with periapical periodontitis were randomly allocated to the experimental group （ Calcium hydroxide） and two control group（ FC and CP）. Then observed the clinical effect one week after they were used as intercanal medication and after root canal treatment two years later. Results The clinical effect of the experimental group was better than the two control groups. And there were statistically significant differences between the three groups. Conclusion The clinical effect of Calcium hydroxide was good and it could be widely used in root canal disinfection.
