论清政府对西套蒙古问题的解决

摘　　要：西套蒙古,亦称阿拉善蒙古,实为被噶尔丹击败逃至西套地区的厄鲁特蒙古。他们被夹于清朝与准噶尔两大势力之间,处境窘迫。清廷认为西套蒙古是噶尔丹部属,应由噶尔丹收归,并就此与噶尔丹长期交涉,成为双方关系的一个焦点。由于清朝政府对西套蒙古的战略地位缺乏足够认识,致使西套蒙古投附清朝经历了异常曲折的过程。Xi -tao Mongols, also calls them Alasha Mongols. They ware Ugelet Mongols who debeated by Galdan and took refuge in Xi - tao area. They were in straitened circumstances between Qing dynasty and Juungar , Qing dynasty considered them as subordinate to Galdan, for this negotiate wish galdan for long time, become a focus of relationship between them. For Qing court had not realized the strategy position of Xi - tao Mongols, result to them experienced intricate process into Qing empire
