摘　　要：1引言 对称自正交相似矩阵在结构力学、土木工程、数值分析等方面有实际应用，不少问题中常会遇到其逆特征值问题，研究它是有应用价值的．In this paper, we discuss the solutions of the following two problems： Problem I Let X∈ R^n×m, A =diag（λ1Er1,λrEr2,…λtErt,）, are the characteristic roots of A, how to find A ∈ S^n×n, such that AX = XA. Problem II Let C ∈ Rn×n, how to find A ∈ St （St is the solution set of Problem I）, such that IIC - -AⅡF = min A∈StⅡC - AIIF, where ⅡⅡ is Frobenius norm. Some results in[1] are generalized.
