摘 要:分别对大青杨单板和桦木单板进行4种预处理,随后用酸性染料对其染色,考察预处理对单板染色性能的改善作用。试验结果表明:预处理对酸性染料的上染率有明显改善作用,其中0.3%NaOH溶液的处理效果优于水处理,80℃处理效果优于常温处理;不同的预处理条件对染色单板的水洗及日晒牢度无显著影响;对染色单板的板面色差也无明显影响。4 types of pretreatments were applied to poplar veneer and birch veneer respectively. The treated veneer was dyed in acid dyes afterwards to investigate the effects of pretreatments on their dyeing property. The results showed that pretreatments had a significant improvement on the dye uptake of acid dye; and the 0.3% NaOH solution pretreatment gave better performance than water pretreatment, while 80℃ pretreatment presented a better effect than room temperature pretreatment. Different pretreatments exhibited no explicit effect on the water-resisting and light-resisting color fastness of the dyed veneer. Also, no clear effect of pretreatments on color difference within the dyed veneer was observed.
