摘　　要：以时基竞争战略为基础,分析了产业集群与供应链系统在战略目标、组织运作、市场整合、知识集成与扩散等方面一体化所产生的效应,构建了一体化效应理论架构,为产业集群与供应链系统的一体化研究提供理论支持和预先分析支持。Based on the Time-Based Competition strategy, this paper analyzes the integrated effect of industrial cluster and supply chain system in strategic objective, organization operation, market conformity, integration and diffusion of knowledge and so on. A theoretical framework of integrated effect is constructed as a theoretical support and pre-analysis support to integration of industrial cluster and supply chain system.
