抗瘤酮A10－β－环糊精包合物的制备

摘　　要：用饱和水溶液法制备抗瘤酮Ａ１０－β－环糊精包合物。通过显微观察、红外光谱测试、差热分析等对包合物进行了鉴定，并用紫外光谱法测定包合物的含药量。结果表明，抗瘤酮Ａ１０－β－环糊精包合物形成，β－环糊精（β－ＣＤ）对抗瘤酮Ａ１０的包封率为７５．４２％，包合物中抗瘤酮的含量为１３．４７％。in order to improve the solubility of A10 in aqueous solution and decrease its odor,the inclusion compound of A10 with β-CD was manufacted by saturated aqueous solution method. The formation of the inclusion compound was confirmed by IR spectroscopy and differential thermal analysis and microscope. The content of A10 inclusion compound was determined by UV. The results indicated that the inclusion compound of A10 with β-CD was formed. The inclusion rate of A10 was 75. 42%. The content of A10 is 13. 47% in the inclusion compound. The dissolubility of A10 in water has added to 739 mg/L.
