摘　　要：教师通过竞赛式教学来激发学生的求异、求新或求知的欲望,培养学生的竞争意识,塑造学生的创造性人格,有一定的可取之处,不失为有效的方法之一。在政治德育教学中进行竞赛式教学的关键是要善于提出问题,竞赛式教学的成功在于善于引导问题,竞赛式教学的目的是要培养勇于在经济全球化状况下的竞争精神。How to conduct innovation on moral education is one of the highlights that people mostly concern about. As a result, some politics and moral instructors are trying to create new teaching methods, one of which called competitive teaching method. Competitive teaching method, a effective way to help to motivate the students ＇creativity, cultivate their competitive sense and shape their personality, prove to be useful nowadays. The key to success of the method is how to encourage students to speak up as the problems arise. And the aim of it is to bring up the students with competitive sense and prepare them to accept challenges in the new century.
