摘 要:主题酒店是我国近年兴起的一种酒店发展新形态。通过大量的文献总结和一定的实证调查,本文对影响主题酒店主题文化选择的影响因素进行了综合分析。这些因素包括:市场因素(需求导向、空间集聚和竞争及目标市场定位)、文化因素(城市文化和感知形象、区域文化和区域环境及决策者行为)、经济因素(区域经济发展水平)及社会因素(区域自身定位和社区居民的文化观念),它们综合起来共同影响着主题酒店主题文化的选择。Theme hotel is a new form of hotel development that is rising in our country. By means of plentiful literature sum-up and demonstration survey, this article synthetically analyzes the factors which influence the choice of theme culture of theme hotel. These factors include: marketing factors (demanding orientation, space convergency and competition, orientation of target market), culture factors (city culture and perception visualization, region culture and region circumstance and decision-makers behavior), economic factors (region economy development level) and social factors (self-orientation of region and culture concept of community residents). These factors synthetically influence the choice of theme culture of theme hotel.
