浅谈电气类应用型本科的人才培养

摘　　要：根据国内外高等工程教育改革趋势和人才培养分工,结合我校地方大学的特点和人才培养的要求,提出电气类应用型本科人才培养应重在“应用”,为地方经济建设服务.按照人才培养的总体要求,对电气类应用型本科人才的培养模式和培养方法进行了研究和探讨.According to senior engineering educational revolution trend in home and abroad and the assignment of the cultivation of the talent, combining with the feature of our local university and the demand of the cultivation of the talent, we propose that practical undergraduates＇ cultivation of the talent should focus on the ＂practicing＂ so as to serve the development of the local economy. According to the overall demand to the cultivation of the talent, we have researched and discussed the approaches and modes of the cultivation of the electric practical undergraduate.
