摘　　要：社会民主主义作为20世纪世界政治一支重要的政治力量,其核心价值观一直被视为在1959年《哥德斯堡纲领》确立的自由、公正和团结互助。但是大量的事实表明,在全球化与苏东剧变的双重历史背景之下,世纪之交的社会民主主义核心价值观已经发生了一定的渐进转换。其最重要的转变则是对平等公正理念的重新界定和对社会责任的进一步强调。此种核心价值观的渐进转变,不仅构成社会民主主义变革的一个重要内容,而且是其活力的一种重新诠释与注入。As one of the most important political force, the fundamental value of Social Democracy is being considered as liberty, justness and solidarity, which was established in 1959. But as the development of globalization and the collapse of the Soviet Union, the fundamental value of Social Democracy is in gradual transition, the most important of which is the newly defined justness and the further emphasized social responsibility. This transition is not only one of the most important contents of the newest change of Social Democracy, but also consists in the new energy of Social Democracy.
