中药肠宁Ⅱβ-环糊精缓释制剂的制备及体外释放特性

摘　　要：目的:研究中药肠宁Ⅱ(CNⅡ)β-环糊精(β-CD)缓释制剂的制备工艺及其体外释放特性。方法:选用饱和溶液法制备缓释制剂,采用正交试验对缓释制剂的制备条件进行优化。采用分光光度法考察中药CNⅡ缓释制剂的体外释放特性和缓释作用。结果:制备中药CNⅡβ-CD缓释制剂的最佳工艺条件为中药CNⅡ与β-CD投料质量比1∶3,反应温度50℃,搅拌时间4 h,搅拌速度1 500 r/m in,包合率为35.56%。中药CNⅡβ-CD缓释制剂的体外释药曲线符合Huguch i动力学模型,释药方程:y=25.903 t1/2-7.574,r=0.988 2。结论:中药CNⅡβ-CD缓释制剂其释放速率明显慢于CNⅡ,基本达到理想的缓释效果。objective： To prepare Chinese traditional medicine CN Ⅱ sustained -release preparation and evaluate its release .characteristic. Methods： The sustained - release preparation was prepared from saturated solution with orthngonal design. The dissolution rate was measured by UV speetrophotometer. Results： The optimum conditions to prepare CN Ⅱ were as follows： the quality ratio between CN Ⅱ and β-CD was 1：3 at 50 ℃ for 3 hours, and the stirring speed was 1 500 r/rain,the containing rate is 30. 56%. The release behavior of β - CD · CN Ⅱ was followed Hnguchi equation y = 25. 903t1/2 - 7. 574, with r = 0.988 2. Conclnsion： The dissolution rate of β- CD - CN Ⅱ was lower than CN Ⅱ.
