摘  要:本文报道在研制双着丝粒畸变图相自动分析系统时,首先要确定哪些类型的双畸变易于图相识别,包括形态及长度大小。根据对事故受照者以及离体照射人血分析各类双畸变的结果,确定从形态考虑,不记录那些一侧或两侧末端型双畸变,它们约占双畸变总数的20%-30%;从大小考虑,不记录长度小于C组最小染色体即12号染色体的双畸变,它们约占双畸变总数的2%。It is beneficial to restrict the range of dicentric “type” which the automatic scoring program will attempt to find. The data was obtained from human peripheral blood lymphocytes which had been irradiated in vitro and in vivo at doses of 3 and 5 Gy. This program was not designed to detect the dicentric chromosome with centmere(s) at their one or both ends (acrocentric dic) which account for about 20%-30% of them. It is also not attempted to detect the dicentric chromosomes smaller than a normal median sized chromosome, the chromosome No.12. As viewed from the total benefit of instrument, abandonment of these smaller dicentrics which is about 2% of the total dicentrics can obviously decrease the rate of false positive results. (
